Twin buildings offer the Jubilee neighbourhood a distinguished approach to townhouse living. This project introduces 12 new homes to the neighbourhood, centered around a common courtyard area that doubles as access to individual garages. The development is primarily focused on 3 bedroom units, with balconies and sun drenched roof terraces.
Activating the drive aisle is a primary focus of the project, which uses color and lighting to emphasize the space as a community oriented space for kids to play, bike and hopscotch.
